Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the shipping date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, all custom orders are final sale and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, Raggedy Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Raggedy Prints may offer a replacement item. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Refund Approval
Eligible refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
