Welcome to Raggedy Prints. By placing an order, accessing our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Raggedy Prints products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Processing times are separate from shipping transit times and may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or special promotions.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are created according to the specifications provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Character Design Disclaimer

Any character-themed or character-inspired artwork offered by Raggedy Prints is created as an original artistic interpretation and is not intended to be an exact replica, reproduction, or direct reflection of any existing character.

All character designs featured on Raggedy Prints products are custom-created designs that reflect the unique artistic style and creative interpretation of Raggedy Prints. Variations in appearance, features, colors, clothing, expressions, and artistic elements are intentional and are part of the original design process.

Customers acknowledge that character-inspired designs may differ from traditional or commonly recognized depictions and are purchasing a unique artistic interpretation created exclusively by Raggedy Prints.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Raggedy Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Raggedy Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Raggedy Prints may provide a replacement at its discretion.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact Raggedy Prints within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to review and approval.

Custom orders do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Because our products are made to order, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for customer errors, including but not limited to selecting the wrong size, color, style, design option, or providing incorrect customization information. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, images, product descriptions, and content created by Raggedy Prints remain the property of Raggedy Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Product Variations

Due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, and handmade production methods, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generated Designs

Some artwork, graphics, and design elements offered by Raggedy Prints may be created, enhanced, or assisted through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Final designs may be modified, edited, and prepared for production by Raggedy Prints. By purchasing products featuring these designs, customers acknowledge and accept the use of AI-assisted creative processes in the development of certain products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raggedy Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Changes to Terms

Raggedy Prints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.
